The brief
A canal-side office block needed new floors, services and a calmer arrival sequence while neighbouring tenants kept working.
Our approach
Works were phased floor by floor with noisy tasks fixed to agreed windows, and services routed through one riser strategy planned before anything was opened up.
The result
A refurbished workplace with clearer circulation, upgraded services and a legible new entrance.
