FIG. 01 — ILLUSTRATIVE DIAGRAM

01 / Discover

We listen to the brief and the site before proposing anything.

  • Walk the site with the client
  • List constraints and unknowns
  • Agree what success looks like

Example (fictional): On an illustrative reuse job, discovery produced a one-page list of eleven unknowns, ranked by cost risk.

The details hold everything together.

Most of what a client remembers about a building is decided in places they will never photograph: the junction where a steel beam meets a masonry wall, the fixing that holds a cladding panel, the order in which two trades reach the same corner. Quality on site is mostly coordination: knowing who is working where, what has been checked and what cannot be seen once it is closed up.

We record hidden work before it is covered, keep drawings current as decisions change, and tell clients early when something is not as expected. None of it is glamorous. All of it is the reason a finished building keeps working.

SECTOR 01

Commercial Build

We plan the noisy and disruptive tasks first with neighbours, then build the programme around them.

SECTOR 02

Industrial & Logistics

We aim to enclose early, so internal trades work under cover and the programme stops depending on the weather.

SECTOR 03

Adaptive Reuse

We survey early, open up carefully and keep the client informed about every discovery.

SECTOR 04

Residential Construction

We keep the number of decision points small and make each of them visible to the client before it matters.
