The brief
A growing operator needed clear-span fabrication and dispatch space on a constrained urban plot.
Our approach
A repeated portal-frame bay allows early enclosure so internal slabs and services proceed under cover. Heavy lifts are sequenced around live delivery routes.
The result
In progress. The frame is the organising idea: simple, repeatable and quick to enclose.
