The brief
A deep-plan warehouse needed daylight and a new internal organisation while keeping its structural frame.
Our approach
New openings are cut in a planned sequence with temporary propping, and a central light well brings daylight into the deep plan.
The result
In progress. Frame and shell are being retained; the daylight strategy is being delivered in phases.
